But all of a sudden there's a severe state-wide asphalt shortage! Thanks to the relatively small size of the job, and the kokua of the subcontractor, Rimrock Paving, our job stayed on the calendar, and the final roadwork was completed today. The landscape contractor, Ag Services, is putting in the irrigation and spreading the topsoil for the playground. Today the aluminum gates into the Center are being installed.
