DISCOVER THE HERO WITHIN YOURSELF

The legacy of the Nisei who served in WWII, both on and off the fields of battle, is found in the values that guided them: gaman (patience), on (honor) and giri (obligation). We find the hero within when we do our best to practice these values in our everyday lives.

UPCOMING EVENTS (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY)

Throughout the year we work to preserve and pass down the history and legacy of the Nisei soldiers by developing educational exhibits; hosting talks by community leaders, authors, teachers, and artists; and presenting  workshops aimed at inspiring present and future generations to serve their communities and country.
